The purpose of this Law shall be to establish the powers of the Independent Media Commission (hereinafter IMC) in order to promote the development of the media market in the Republic of Kosovo.This law is in full harmony with the Directive (EU) 2010/13 on Audiovisual Media Services and Directive (EU) 2018/1808.
