Annual report on public consultations in the Government of the Republic of Kosovo for 2024
The report on public consultations for the year 2024 summarizes the process and outcomes of public consultations carried out by the relevant institutions during the period from 1 January to 31 December 2024. This report includes the documents published on the official consultation platform and analyzes the level of public participation and the impact of comments received on these documents.
ANNUAL REPORT ON PUBLIC CONSULTATIONS IN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KOSOVO FOR 2022
The Office for Good Governance/Office of the Prime Minister, in accordance with the requirements of Regulation No. 05/2016 on the minimum standards for consultations with the public, in cooperation with the coordinators for consultations with the public in the Office of the Prime Minister and Line Ministries this year has also prepared the annual report on public consultations. The annual report for the year 2022 includes all the documents that have been published on the platform for consultations with the public and for which the consultation started on 01.01.2022 and was closed on 31.12.2022 by the Prime Minister's Office and Line Ministries.

ADMINISTRATIVE BURDEN PREVENTION AND REDUCTION PROGRAMME 2022-2027
The main objectives of the Government, expressed in the Programme, are: ¢ reducing the administrative burden for citizens, businesses and the administration; ¢ preventing unnecessary administrative burden during the development, implementation and review of public policies. With the achievement of the Programme's objectives, it is intended to: ¢ increase the savings among citizens and businesses; ¢ ensure that citizens and businesses are satisfied with the administrative services provided by the public administration; ¢ increase the value of global indicators pertinent to the Program's objectives, such as the Balkan Barometer, the World Bank, SIGMA, etc.

Office of the Prime Minister / Office on Good Governance (OGG / OPM), in close cooperation with CiviKos Platform (hereinafter: CIVIKOS), and with the support and cooperation of Legal Office and Office of Strategic Planning in the Office of the Prime Minister, as well as in continuation of implemented the Law no.04/L-57 on freedom of association in nongovernmental organizations 09/2011, and in order to find ways of cooperation, civil society involvement in policy making and support of civil society organizations, have taken the initiative to develop the Government Strategy for cooperation with civil society.
