This regulation stipulates measures, conditions, rules and procedures for: 1.1 Payment of public functionary, public functionary with special status, public official and university academic personnel, when they™re engaged in another public institution. Specific allowance isn™t included under stipulations of this Regulation pursuant to paragraph 3 of Article 19 of Law No. 06/L-111. 1.2 Calculation of work experience. 1.3 Wage calculation.
