Economic Reform Program 2021-2023 Within the dialogue for economic governance between Kosovo and European Union, the Government of Kosovo has drafted the Economic Reform Programme 2021-2023. The program consists of four main chapters and includes: macroeconomic framework, fiscal framework, structural reform priorities and the budget for the next three years. The forth chapter, Structural Reform Priorities, should provide a clear picture of the structural obstacles (challenges) of competitiveness and inclusive economic growth. Based on the analysis of structural barriers, 15-20 reform measures should be identified which directly help to unblock structure constraints in terms of competitiveness, economic growth and job creation. After the conclusion of the consultation process, will be analysed all received contributions and based on them will be carried out the adequate supplementation/amendment in the document, so that the final version can be submitted to the government for approval and must be submitted to the European Commission not later than 31 January 2021.
