The purpose of this Administrative Instruction is to determine the rules and procedures for the application of the legal remedy seizure and demolition of unlawful structures by the Kosovo Property Comparison and Verification Agency (hereafter the Agency) in relation to the implementation of the final decisions of the Property Claims Commission and judgments of the Supreme Court Appeals Panel.
