The purpose of this law is to establish the necessary legal framework for the implementation of the inspection system reform in the Republic of Kosovo rationalizing the number of inspection bodies in the state administration, clarifying their respective powers, improving coordination and streamlining procedures as well as requirements for the conduct of inspections by the inspection bodies in the state administration and the municipal level.
