The aim of this Concept Document is to increase transparency and accountability for the purpose of improving the good governance and democratic functioning of institutions and political entities. Financing of political entities in the Republic of Kosovo is regulated by Law No. 03/L-174 on Financing of Political Entities/Parties, amended and supplemented by Law No. 04/L-058 and Law No. 04/L-212.
